Tabata is a form of high-intensity interval training that combines 20 seconds of maximum effort with 10 seconds of rest over several rounds. In 45 minutes, you’ll experience dynamic exercises using your own bodyweight and equipment, rapid exercise changes without boredom, muscle strengthening, improved fitness, and a solid dose of endorphins. Under the guidance of an experienced coach, everyone can adjust the pace to their abilities – making the class suitable for both beginners and advanced participants.
